1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the AgentDoor website (agent-door.com, the “Site”) and its waitlist, between the operator (“we”) and you. AgentDoor is in early access; the product itself is not yet available.

2. What we offer today

The Site provides information about AgentDoor and accepts waitlist sign-ups so we can contact you at launch. Signing up entitles you to be contacted at launch; it is not a promise of a product, a price, or an availability date.

3. Waitlist sign-up

  • Provide a valid email address you are authorized to use.
  • You may withdraw at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to be removed.
  • Automated spam sign-ups and entering someone else's address without permission are prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Violating any law or public order.
  • Interfering with the Site's operation or placing an excessive load on its systems.
  • Unauthorized access or impersonating others.
  • Any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate.

5. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Site and its text, diagrams, and logos belong to us or the respective right-holders. Third-party product and company names mentioned in comparison content are the trademarks of their owners.

6. Disclaimer

Information on the Site (including tool-comparison pricing and features) is reference information based on public sources checked at the time of writing, and we do not warrant its accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify with each vendor's primary sources before deciding. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as needed; the revised terms take effect when posted. At product launch we will replace them with terms covering accounts, pricing, and the service itself.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for the operator's location.
