Start with the archive. Invoices you received as data must stay retained as data under the Electronic Bookkeeping Act, so export what Bill One holds, with its search fields, while the contract is still active, and confirm the new tool can import it or that you can keep it searchable elsewhere. Next, tell suppliers where to send: if Sansan has been receiving your paper invoices on your behalf, every supplier needs the new address or email before the switch-over month, or invoices will go missing at the worst moment.
